You’ll work directly with our founders. Your job: own the accounts, run the tests, scale what works.

The Family Group is a house of brands for families, from baby to teenage years. We move fast, build in-house, and we’re just getting started.

Tasks

• Own and operate Meta and Google Ads across our brands day-to-day
• Run structured creative and audience tests: weekly, not quarterly
• Translate CMO strategy into campaign execution
• Set up and maintain clean tracking & attribution (Shopify, GA4)
• Analyze performance and turn data into decisions fast
• Scale winning campaigns while keeping CAC in check

Requirements

• Hands-on Meta Ads and Google Ads experience — non-negotiable
• D2C or e-commerce background
• You execute, you own, you deliver — no hand-holding needed
• Data-driven: you pull the numbers yourself and know what they mean
• Shopify experience a plus
