<p>As an AI Architect you will define scalable and resilient AI agent architectures while establishing reusable patterns, components, and frameworks to support consistent and efficient development.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant agentic architectures.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain traceability, monitoring, and evaluation mechanisms for AI systems.</li>
<li>Implement guardrails and security measures to ensure safe and compliant AI usage.</li>
<li>Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector search frameworks.</li>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and communicate technical concepts effectively.</li>
<li>Evaluate the feasibility, practicality, and risks associated with AI architectures and workflows.<strong><br></strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Deep understanding of agentic architectural patterns and their practical applications in technology and finance.</li>
<li>Proficiency in agentic orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph or similar).</li>
<li>Hands-on expertise in Python, with knowledge of both API-first development practices and traditional service-based architecture.</li>
<li>Experience with traceability, monitoring, and evaluation techniques.</li>
<li>Knowledge of cloud platforms and experience designing cloud-based AI solutions.</li>
<li>Understanding of AI governance principles and practices.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.</li>
<li>Fluency in German and English&nbsp;</li>
