About the Role
Join the leadership team of an AI-enabled legal services company as a Senior Partner. You will continue serving your existing clients while helping grow the practice and move suitable recurring legal work onto an AI agent platform.
What You’ll Do

Help shape the firm’s growth strategy as it expands its client base.

Bring your portable client relationships to the platform and continue providing legal services to those clients.

Build market awareness and develop new opportunities through your professional network.

Identify opportunities to offer commercial and compliance services to existing clients.

Work with the founding team to identify recurring legal matters that can be supported by AI agents.
What We’re Looking For

12 to 20 or more years of legal experience, with German qualification as a Volljurist.

A substantial, personally held and portable book of business.

Strong relationships with private equity firms, mid-market businesses, or similar clients, and the ability to develop related commercial and compliance work.

Experience with recurring legal matters, such as commercial contracts, IT and data, corporate or venture capital work, or regulatory matters. A practice focused only on litigation is not a match for the work described.

Native-level German for client work and professional English.

Interest in AI-supported legal services, including agent platforms and legal AI tools.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: €200,000 to €300,000. The role includes meaningful equity. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany.
